Refund policy

Incorrect size / change-of-mind exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer an exchange provided the item is returned in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stillfall.net with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll cover all reasonable return shipping costs
You’ll be offered a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

Returns and exchanges must be approved before items are sent back.
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
